- *Special presentations and book signings by retired NASA astronaut Col. Terry Virts (11 AM + 3:30 PM) and retired NASA food scientist Dr. Vickie Kloeris (1:30 PM). Seating will be first come, first served in the Banquet Rooms & Theater. Hands-on activities from 10 AM - 4 PM.
